Update 4.2.0.1

Fixes/changes:

- Restored the teleport from lantern world to the bus stop
- Added a teleport to red-blue world in the dev room
- Moved doom and desert world teleports to island world
- Fixed the /nightwalk/ tileset
- Moved the start point back to the balcony
- Fixed movement on starting balcony
- Added graveyard world and snow sunset (both still wip)
- Fixed the teleports in island world
